Things Get a Little Darker...

Journal Entry: Wed Jul 11, 2007, 3:16 PM
I'll be putting up another deviation for the "Opposites Contest." It's a water color painting that goes follows the same "medical malpractice" theme as my previous entry, "Twice Daily."

I've been using water colors more and more lately, so expect to see some stuff of the sort...

Thanks to my friend Kristina for getting me a heap of Copics for cheap! (Hey! That rhymes!)

oh, and by the way, the world is going to end tomorrow.

I... very much enjoy your style.

In fact.

You are demonstrating a thematic style in your artwork so far that I am VERY interested in.

I would strongly recommend you continue to produce works of this style.

I may prove to be beneficial at a later date.
hey thanks dude

im curious to know what you mean by "a thematic style."
Every artist has a flavor. A style. A theme. You look at their works, and you can see a bit of the artist. What they make is what they like. For what is in all purposes considered 'beautiful.'

What you make is your own unique imprint of your own creative style. I look beyond the initial artwork and look at the system that forms it. What you make... how you make it... is your thematic style. And I adore it.
nice gallery..:aww:
